Mindfulness is a valuable set of practices that nurture the social-emotional lives of children, helping them access greater emotional regulation and focus, enhancing classroom behaviors (see research).
Mindfulness is also beneficial for teachers, helping them to maintain calm, helping them cultivate a nurturing environment for children, and reducing teacher burnout.
We offer Professional Development workshops, as well as consultation for schools wishing to integrate a comprehensive, sustainable, school-wide mindfulness program.
